Enduring Venture was built on a simple idea: the people who built a business deserve a buyer who respects what they've built — and plans to keep building on it.
Our Story
We didn't start with a fund. We started with a conversation.
When Seb and Stephanie began exploring business acquisition, they kept running into the same problem: the process felt transactional. Sellers were treated like line items. Timelines were rushed. The human side of the deal — the part that actually matters — was an afterthought.
So they built something different. Enduring Venture is a family-led firm that acquires small businesses with the intention of keeping them, growing them, and honoring the foundation the original owners put in place.
Seb brings an MBA and years of operational experience. Stephanie, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, brings the rigor, empathy, and attention to detail that comes from a career built on trust. Together, they approach every deal with the same question: would we be proud of this in ten years?
