At Enduring Venture Capital, our mission is to provide long-term, responsible ownership for established businesses—ensuring they continue to thrive for generations to come.  We strive for strong, independent enterprises that can meaningfully contribute to our cities' well-being—ultimately reflecting the spirit and ethos behind the country’s founding.

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and an MBA from INSEAD combining decades of experience in both Small and Medium Businesses, and also Fortune Global Companies. So, why did we switch to acquiring small businesses? Because we believe in hard work, fair opportunity, moral integrity, and the notion that local communities flourish when individuals and businesses act ethically and with a sense of shared purpose - and we want our daughters to live that purpose.

We base our acquisitions on integrity, a long-term outlook, and also on community empowerment. Although ‘Venture’ is in our name, our approach differs. At Enduring Venture, we acquire established companies, cultivate their strengths, and foster growth over the long haul. We take care of sellers, employees, and communities.
